Cheshire West and Chester Physical Activity and Healthy Lifestyles Network Analysis
This survey is being carried out to better understand who is connecting across the Physical Activity and Healthy Lifestyles Network in Cheshire West and Chester. The information collected will be used to map connections between individuals and organisations, in order to strengthen collaboration and support shared goals around physical activity and healthy lifestyles.
What data we collect
Participants are asked to provide:

Your own name, your role, your organisation, and organisation type.

Details of up to 10 people you connect with, including their name, role, organisation, organisation type, type of relationship (e.g. contractual, non-contractual partnership), strength of relationship (e.g. strong, not strong), length of relationship, and reason for the connection (e.g. specialist advice).
How the data will be used

The data will be analysed by the organising organisation (Miova) to produce maps and reports showing patterns of connection and collaboration within the network, as well as reflections and considerations.

Aggregated findings will be shared with the funding organisation (Brio; the trading name for Cheshire West and Chester Leisure CIC).

The data will not be used for any other purpose, other than the Physical Activity and Healthy Lifestyles Network in Cheshire West and Chester.
Who will see the data

The completed survey templates will be accessible only to the organising organisation (Miova) and the funding organisation (Brio).

Individual responses and associated connection maps will not be shared with any third parties.
Legal basis for processing
The lawful basis for processing this data under the UK GDPR is legitimate interests, as the survey, maps and reports seek to understand and strengthen local networks in support of physical activity and healthy lifestyles.
How long we keep your data

Individual survey responses will be stored securely for a maximum of 12 months after analysis is completed, after which they will be deleted.

Aggregated outputs (e.g. connection maps) may be retained by the funding organisation Brio for reporting and planning purposes.

Under GDPR, you have the right to:
